We understand that you might have some questions about your membership renewal. We are here to assist and support you throughout the renewals process and hopefully answer any queries you may have.
How digital renewal works.
For those members who have previously paid offline (either by cash, check or bank transfers), you can now do so online through the ADF website.
When your membership is approaching renewal, you will be sent a reminder digitally via email. If you did not receive it, or you cannot locate it, please firstly check your junk mail or contact the ADF for assistance.
This process will require you to:
- Visit the membership page
- Select your membership level
- Complete your account information. This information will be used to login to the ADF website and access member only areas. If you already have a login, please login first. If your email is already registered on the site and you do not know the password, use the forgot password link to reset it.
- Make payment, and you’re done!
Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal. Membership will now automatically renew unless you cancel. If you do decide to cancel, you will still have access to ADF content for the remainder of your subscription period.
This new step in your member journey allows you to manage your account and renew at your convenience, all directly through the ADF website.
