The position paper, Australia's Health Workforce, was released on 29 September 2005. The paper presents the initial findings of the commissioned study, Health Workforce; which examines matters including the supply of, and demand for, health workforce professionals and proposes solutions to ensure the continued delivery of quality healthcare over the next 10 years.
Written submissions on the report, and especially the draft proposals, are welcome and should reach the Commission by Friday 11 November 2005.
